Anduril is developing software at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision, and sensor fusion. We apply convolutional deep learning techniques to multi-spectral sensor inputs for autonomous detection and classification. Lattice Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower and other autonomous platforms work in tandem to fuse these detections using Bayesian inference. Our engineers also apply classical techniques in computer vision to perceive environmental features for pose estimation and GPS-denied navigation. Estimation and Tracking engineers at Anduril develop cutting edge software for autonomous operation and situational awareness. 


    • BS, MS, or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
    • Experience processing sensor measurements from Radar, Optical Sensors, RF Sensors, or LIDAR
    • Experience with sensor characterization and modeling
    • Familiarity with classical and contemporary approaches for state estimation and tracking (e.g, Extended Kalman Filter, Particle Filter)
    • Strong scientific programming skills in MATLAB/Python
    • Passion for defending the United States and her allies

    • We are looking for engineers with foundations in one or more of the following areas and are interested in learning more:
    • Derivation of performance metrics and analysis of system performance
    • Multi-target prediction and tracking (e.g., Multi-hypothesis tracking)
    • Probabilistic inference and Bayesian likelihood estimation (e.g., Markov chain Monte Carlo)
    • Unmanned Aerial Systems
    • Proficiency in production-grade C++ software development
