As our first treasury hire, you will oversee the day-to-day treasury operations for Anduril and its entities. This role will be responsible for managing all the domestic and international bank accounts and relationships. Be the person to help Anduril implement controls and processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support bank account management (maintenance, opening, closing) and banking relationships domestically and globally.
- Manage and comply with letters of credits, performance bonds, hedging agreements, credit agreements, etc.
- Oversee liquidity and transfer/settlement of funds across multiple subsidiaries/countries.
- Implement treasury processes and controls to lay the ground work to comply with SOX.
- Develop long term treasury strategies to maximize cash/profits and minimize fees.
- Work on ad-hoc projects with various accounting teams.
- Build and scale treasury team.
- Manage our corporate insurance programs.
- Write and manage an RFP’ for new banking relationships as needed (i.e. Int’l banking provider).
- Assist and/or manage the cash forecasting process by partnering with FP&A and other business partners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in a treasury function including experience with multi-entity international companies preferred
- Prefer someone who has worked with LC’s and Bank Guarantees
- Ability to operate in fast paced environment
- Knowledge of SOX and foreign exchange
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
