Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Anichess team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining game features, integrating smart contracts, and optimizing the overall performance of our game. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills, creativity, and passion for blockchain technology in the context of gaming. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical depth in blockchain and/or gaming as well as outstanding skills to support the delivery of innovative products and solutions to our community.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to define and implement game features, mechanics, and user interfaces.
- Design and develop the back-end infrastructure, including smart contracts, blockchain integration, and server-side components.
- Implement and optimize front-end interfaces, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Integrate with blockchain networks and protocols, leveraging relevant APIs and SDKs.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for game functionality.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and reliability of the game.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other developers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing game experiences.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and gaming, and identify opportunities to leverage new tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality features on time.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a focus on web or game development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Solidity.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with back-end frameworks and technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails).
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized protocols (Ethereum, ERC-20, or similar).
- Experience with smart contract development and integration into web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for gaming and an understanding of game development principles and practices.
