Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the products, from ideation to launch
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market trends
- Develop and execute product roadmaps, including timelines and milestones
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and improve existing products
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal stakeholders and external customersStay up-to-date with the latest - Web3 and blockchain technologies and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Web3 and blockchain technologies
- Strong understanding on blockchain and Web3 technologies, including Ethereum, Solidity, decentralized finance (DeFi)
- Experience with agile development methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in both English and Japanese is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
