Key Responsibilities

- Foster new relationships and deepen existing relationships with affiliates including prime brokerage, cap intro, private wealth management firms, endowments funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, fund of funds, institutional investors, family offices and ultra-high net- worth individuals
- Refine investor relations strategy and execute strategic initiatives
- Serve as the key point of contact for client enquiries, conduct introductory meetings and calls, and organize roadshows/bespoke investor trips as necessary
- Formulate marketing materials including memos, pitch books, term sheets, biographies, and presentations
- Lead investor onboarding processes through working with third party advisors, legal counsel, and other service providers to drive due diligence, subscription documentation, and reporting requirements
- Maintain market knowledge of industry developments including but not limited to conducting in-depth portfolio review, rationalize monthly performance, and create investor-related communication letters/notices
- Manage confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner
Experience & Qualifications

- 3-6 years of experience within investor relations, sales & marketing, or business development roles within the financial industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with a strong collaborative mindset
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage through ambiguity and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is required
- Proficient MS office skills particularly Excel and Powerpoint skills
Nice to Have
- Experience or an understanding of NFTs, blockchain technology or cryptocurrency
