Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role will be to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies within our organization. The ideal candidate should have prior work experience in a consulting firm, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and operational improvements.
    • Conduct research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and industry best practices.
    • Support the development of business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies to evaluate new ventures, initiatives, and investment opportunities.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Conduct process assessments and identify areas for optimization, streamlining, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Analyze data, generate insights, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and action plans.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new strategies and processes.
    • Support project management activities, including project planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing recommendations for business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
    • 3 years of work experience in a consulting firm, specializing in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Proficient in conducting market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
    • Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of deliverables.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
