What We're Looking For:
Requirements
- +2 years working in the talent attraction area.
- Conducting interviews by competencies.
- Headhunter skills.
- Conversational English.
- Advanced Spanish Level
*It is a plus if you have worked in communication agencies.
Activities
- In charge of cycle of the internal talent attraction process.
- Hunting.
- Search for suitable candidates for the requested profile.
- Phone filters and interviews by competencies.
- Monitoring of the recruitment process.
- Management of recruitment tool.
- Negotiating with candidates and internal clients.
- Organizational development activities.
