WE ARE HIRING: Jr Sales Executive (Campaign sales).
What We're Looking For:
Requirements
- Level of English (C1 - Advanced)
- Sales experience.
- Focus on commercial area and customer contact.
- Bachelor's Degree in: Sales and Marketing Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Business or related degree.
- Essential knowledge and competence to develop and manage influencer marketing strategies
Activities
- Campaign sales.
- Actively seek commercial opportunities with brands interested in collaborating with content creators.
- Follow up on leads generated by the team or inbound (RRSS, website, etc.).
- Propose customized campaigns according to the profile and audience of the talents.
- Quote advertising campaigns, negotiating rates and conditions with brands/agencies.
- Close commercial agreements ensuring benefits for both talent and brand.
- Maintain constant communication with potential and current clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Work as a team with talent and campaign coordination to ensure proper execution of partnerships.
- Update CRM or sales database, recording progress, agreements and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly KPIs and goals for sales and closing campaigns.
- Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and influencer marketing.
