WE ARE HIRING:



Requirements:

Previous experience in influencer search and management (preferably in agencies, affiliate platforms, or social media teams using tools like Upfluence, Voxfeed, etc.).
Strong affinity with TikTok, Instagram, and the emerging creator ecosystem.
Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Proactivity and self-management skills in a remote work environment.
Preferred: prior experience with Upfluence or similar platforms.
Responsibilities:

UGC Profile Scouting: Search for TikTok and Instagram profiles with UGC characteristics (between 3K and 100K followers on Instagram and/or 10K to 250K on TikTok).
Use hashtags from previous campaigns or free exploration to identify suitable creators.
Focus on relevant niches: beauty, skincare, lifestyle, health, wellness, etc.
Database Building: Create a database of 500 profiles during the pilot project.
Accurately record: handle, name, email, phone number, address, social network, engagement rate, and category.
Categorize by tribe, content type, and type of product they have received or could receive.
Send direct messages or contact via platforms (according to protocol).
Confirm availability, openness to seeding activations, and the type of content they create.
Mark status (active, interested, no response, rejected, etc.).
Proficiency in English.
