Community & Customer Happiness Manager

Objective 
Create an online community of makeup enthusiasts and maintain a close relationship with customers, offering a comprehensive experience from purchase to post-sale service on our online store and digital channels.

Responsibilities:
Community engagement:

Be the voice of the brand! Connect with our community by responding to messages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Shopify, always in Aora Mexico's characteristic tone (Respond to community inquiries and stay attentive to reposts, comments, etc).
Master of relationships! Respond to all comments on content produced and published for Aora by our brand collaborators promptly.
Developer! Connect with new influencers, content creators, and makeup artists not only within Mexico but also on an international level.

Customer happiness:

Goodbye to incidents!
Resolve issues with the Fulfillment provider.
Be the customer's guide!
Provide follow-up to customers on order status with updates.
Solution maker! Handle returns and refunds with customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Analysis and strategy:

Quality controller! Create customer satisfaction reports.
Catcher! Report the status of orders and daily incidents with the courier service.
Visionary! Plan strategies for sales on messaging channels.

Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, customer satisfaction, community manager, or similar.
Feel comfortable actively engaging and reaching out with cold messages to new influencers, user-generated content creators, and makeup artists.
Assertive communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proficient in using Slack and/or Google Suite to coordinate with team members.
Maintain over 90% of messages responded to.
Achieve over 95% conflict resolution on first contact.
