We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our small and mighty team, and help us drive sales, community both in our Flagship store in CDMX and some select retail boutiques. With very strong PR, a growing community, and raving reviews, we are excited to have you join us in building the next stage of our brand!
About our Store:
Our Creative Lab is the heart of Aora México. It's not just a store, it's a lively and colorful space where our guests can have fun, learn about makeup with our MUAs and shop. In this role you will be assisting photoshoots, showroom events, masterclasses and building relationships with new retailers.
Plus, our multiple Instagrammable spots are simply irresistible for taking photos!
About the position:
Retail Manager
This role is designed for a highly motivated individual in sales, skilled in planning and organizing. You should be a natural leader, capable of inspiring others to achieve their goals, someone who is proactive in seeking growth opportunities for the business, including expanding to new retailers with a creative mindset and the initiative needed to accomplish great things.
Responsibilities:
The ultimate host!
-Supervise daily operations in the lab, maintain our store’s cleanliness, organization and presentation, manage and organize the lab’s scheduled events.
Success booster!
-Implement sales strategies, develop irresistible promotions and ensure unique customer experiences, motivate the store team to achieve sales goals.
Experience innovator!
-Assist and coordinate lab’s photoshoots, participate and assist the innovation team in the launch of new products at the lab, assist and organize masterclasses and 1:1 sessions in the lab to engage customers and provide valuable learning experiences.
Retail hunter!
-Build relationships with new retailers, deliver materials and products to different points of sale, train the new sales staff and coordinate all logistics in the lab.
Requirements:
-Experience in Retail minimum 3 years, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve goals.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional shopping experiences.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
