Anser Advisory, part of Accenture is seeking a Project Utility Scheduler to join their team. The Project Scheduler is responsible for working closely with technical experts, project leads and project managers in planning, creating, and managing project schedules.

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
    • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system
    • Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
    • Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner
    • Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports
    • Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
    • Recommending actions to keep project timelines and deadlines.
    • Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or Technical Field

Experience:

    • Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks
    • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system
    • Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
    • Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
    • Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner
    • Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports
    • Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
    • Recommending actions to keep project timelines and deadlines.
    • Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
    • Ability to schedule and facilitate project meetings with all stakeholders in office or field environment
    • Ability to work flexible hours and in field construction sites
    • Ability to handle conflict

Physical Requirements:

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Anser Advisory Requirements
    • Employees must complete a background investigation and successfully complete drug screenings

    • This full-time position is based in: New Orleans, LA (remote/hybrid)

$125,000 - $135,000 a year
