We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team!

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide support to the project team.
    • Responsibilities shall range from support to Project Managers to administering smaller projects 
    • working with planners, stakeholders and contractors.
    • Experience in science laboratories, classroom renovation, and medical laboratories preferred. 
    • Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and budget
    • Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
    • Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
    • Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution

Minimum Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
    • Must be a self-starter that is reliable, responsive to client needs, professional, and handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills
    • Creative and advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to transfer prior experience to new projects
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Excel required. Some experience in BlueBeam, AutoCad, eBuilder, or other web-based project management tools is a plus
    • Basic understanding and knowledge of construction site safety
    • Self-motivated and self-sufficient with an ability to multitask in order to complete the above-mentioned responsibilities
    • Ability to meet schedule and deliverable deadlines (time management).
