Duties & Responsibilities

    • Manage the construction of a new Dramatic Arts Building. The Project is 217,000 GSF which includes 207,600 GSF new construction and 9400 GSF of a renovation. The building is located in an urban center on a well-traveled intersection. The site preparation incudes demolition of five (5) buildings and removal of polluted soils. There are two theaters: one (1) 100-seat studio theater with related support rooms and a 400-seat flexible theatre which includes fly tower, orchestra, pit, and shared lobby. Direct drilled geo wells will be the primary source of energy. The overall assignment will be from June 2024 through December 2029.
    • Track critical information and maintain records and files on construction projects including meeting minutes, closeout submittals and other project related tasks.
    • Assist and support financial data entry; processing change management, including NOC’s, PCO’s and CO’s and contracts. Developing spreadsheets for internal and external review.
    • Preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedural guides, and instructions.
    • Performing other project administrative support tasks as required.
    • Work independently with institutions stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and budget
