The Digital Advertising Product team at Sincro provides top class ad products for our customers, both internal (through our in-house digital agency) and external (through our partner agencies and the end client).  We’ve built a collaborative work environment among product managers, development teams, and key business partners.

Your Role:

      As a Manager, Product Management on the Digital Advertising Product team, you will lead the product management team that will expand our advertising products at Sincro, by using our technology to solve client hurts in new and different ways, which we had not considered previously.  By expanding our current set of products, we see tremendous potential to unlock new business opportunities, such as (but not limited to):
      1.      Winning endorsements as a preferred advertising provider from new manufacturers and dealer groups in automotive,
      2.      Defining the requirements for media financial measurement and optimization tools and how our users (internal/external) will interact with them,
      3.      Developing “self-service” tools for in-house marketing departments, marketplaces, and advertising agencies,
      4.      Tailor our solutions for the unique difference between industry verticals (such as retail, real estate, health care services, insurance, etc.), and
      5.      Utilizing our competitive advantages to solve hurts in new industries and verticals.

About You:

    • The right person for the role is a product leader who knows how to set the strategic vision for products and tools you support, while “rolling up your sleeves” to help get the work done.  You’re comfortable using both quantitative and qualitative data to make sound business decisions.  Digital advertising and marketing are more than a career to you; it’s a passion.  The changes you see in the advertising landscape only reenforce that passion, helping you deliver better products to market.   
    • Product experience in digital advertising and/or marketing technologies; experience with media partnerships preferred
    • Minimum of 5-8 years of Product Management experience; 1-2 years managing a product teams
    • Demonstrate analytical skills by using both quantitative and qualitative inputs to make sound business recommendations; MS Excel experience required, SQL/R/Python a plus
    • Technical aptitude; knows how to communicate with engineering teams (background in Agile Methodology preferred)
    • Strong communicator; has presentation (both verbal and written) and listening skills to influence audiences while maintaining diplomacy
    • Detail-orientation; understands the nuances needed to take complex or minimally defined ideas and make them consumable and executable
    • Team player; works well in complex, matrixed organizations at building consensus across all levels
    • Advocate; champions our tools and acts as point person to development, marketing and key business stakeholders
