Ansira is looking for a Marketing Automation Engineer to join the Platform Solution team as part of the Cross-Channel Platforms Center of excellence in a high-visibility and high-impact role. This position works at the leading edge of email & CRM marketing technology while playing a vital role in the success of all Ansira clients. This individual will work within the Platform Solutions team to design and implement solutions that drive a competitive edge for our clients through the innovation and utilization of marketing technology.  

100% Remote, USA only

Responsibilities:

    • Close collaboration with Technical Campaign Managers, Client Services Teams, Marketing Strategists, & Developers to design and execute complex, data-driven marketing programs and automation. 
    • Deliver formal in-depth capability and configuration assessments of client's marketing data & technology solutions.   
    • Interview key client stakeholders to understand current process/technology pain points and develop future state solution requirements.  
    • Perform solution design and create technical architectures for marketing automation platform implementations as well as migrations between platforms.  
    • Develop streamlined marketing performance reporting based upon data and email program requirements.  
    • Work closely with account teams in auditing, shaping, and guiding email and CRM programs for both enterprise B2C/B2B clients  

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience with at least one of the following enterprise Marketing Automation Platforms / Customer Engagement Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Cordial, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP), Acoustic, Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo, Message Gears (Cordial Experience is a plus) 
    • SQL experience and ability to write, edit and troubleshoot custom SQL queries. 
    • Experience assessing clients' marketing data & technology environments and documenting optimization recommendations.  
    • Led multiple marketing automation platform implementations/migrations for enterprise-level clients.  
    • Understanding of marketing database and data management technologies (both on-premises and cloud-based) as well as relational database architecture  
    • Experience with project management tools (Workfront, Basecamp, Microsoft Project, Teamwork, Etc.) a huge plus  
    • Extensive understanding of digital projects and email campaign requirements  
    • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, MIS, IT, or related field strongly preferred.  
    • Experience with Object-Oriented programming languages is a plus.
