About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to join our growing Recruiting team with a focus on driving operational excellence for the hiring. This role will sit at the center of our recruiting strategy, support a high volume of complex stakeholders, and influence nearly every aspect of the hiring process. Given the small size of this team, significant growth opportunities exist for a greater scope and impact. 

As part of this role you will:

    • Manage and optimize multiple recruiting programs by creating project plans, timelines, documentation, and updates (e.g., sourcing and referral programs).
    • Drive adoption of systems and tools by delivering user-centric training, documentation, and support.
    • Serve as the SME for our applicant tracking system (Lever) and consistently assess whether we are using the tool to the best of our ability.
    • Develop flexible and impactful solutions, guided by creativity and candidate empathy, that help our recruiters and coordinators work more effectively and efficiently as we continue to grow.
    • Maintain and develop relationships with all our recruiting vendors and assess any additional tools or subscriptions that we should be utilizing.
    • Partner with Recruiting Managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to understand goals and implement means to measure through programs and processes.
    • Cultivate close partnership with the Recruiting team and other cross-functional partners that enable the successful delivery of efficient and thoughtful programs, processes, and solutions.
    • Perform workflow process audits to guarantee the accuracy of all Recruiting-related reports and data.
    • Contribute to the development of recruiting dashboards and success metrics. Develop weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting on our key performance metrics.
    • Manage and grow a team of Recruiting Coordinators.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

    • 4+ years of experience working in a Recruiting or People Operations role
    • Startup experience and building processes and systems to scale
    • Track record of driving improvements that have resulted in measurable business impact
    • Developed quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Lever
    • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment under tight deadlines
    • An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the needs of core users (candidates, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers).
    • Experience designing, implementing, and managing recruiting programs to scale.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and scaling environment.
    • Led projects from start to finish, working through obstacles and gaining support from various stakeholders along the way.
    • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, data visualization, and presentation skills.
