Your Relevant Experience for the Coordinator position

  • God calls us to love our neighbors. Coordinators are asked to love and care for their apartment residents and staff. Briefly describe a few key ways you currently love and care for others.
  • Coordinators and teams connect residents in relationship with each other by planning high quality and excellent monthly events. What experience do you have planning events or activities that allow people to develop friendships?
  • Coordinators call others (volunteers, partner organizations, and local businesses) to serve alongside them. Briefly describe a time you organized a group of volunteers or solicited donations from a local business.
  • Serving a community takes more than just one or two coordinators. Support teams come alongside coordinators in a variety of ways, including volunteering at events. Take a moment and share who you think would be a part of your support team.

Availability as a Coordinator

  • Does your current schedule provide flexibility to meet (occasionally) with your supervisor/ a property manager during business hours?
  • Does your current schedule provide flexibility to execute the program during the evenings and weekends?
  • If approved, when would you be able to start serving an apartment community (or move into the community for onsite)?
