We are seeking a tenacious team member to join the sales team who loves evangelizing a disruptive, new real estate marketplace advertising opportunity and wants to be part of a growing, evolving team.

Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:

    • Generate, build and grow relationships between Apartment List and rental properties
    • You will work with marketing directors and regional property managers by traveling throughout your territory, becoming their marketing expert by building personal relationships and consistently and competitively winning business
    • While you’ll spend most of your time finding and securing new partnerships for the team, you’ll also be in close contact with your Regional VP and your Account Managers based in our San Francisco Headquarters

Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

    • You have 2+ years of outside sales experience
    • You are familiar with the Multifamily industry and can build additional relationships within those circles
    • You have proven success in outside sales, hitting and exceeding your goals
    • You are detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
    • Experience with Salesforce, and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
