Our international VC fund Presight Capital is looking for a driven and structured Associate to build our presence in the US and harvest deal flow through our networks there. As part of our small, entrepreneurial, and diverse team, you’ll have impact from day one and work on projects that define the global market.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or higher degree from an outstanding undergraduate institution
- 2-3 years of experience in a a highly competitive investment banking/consulting/private equity/venture capital environment
- A strong quantitative skillset as well as commercial acumen
- High professional standard of verbal and written communication

Responsibilities
- Portfolio management: tracking updates and performance and working with companies to support fundraising and hiring
- Operations management: preparing proposals, updates for LPs, and newsletters; keeping cap tables and fund administration up to date; and managing accounts, expenses, and costs
- Fundraising support
- Deal execution support: managing and conducting commercial, legal, and technical due diligence along with modelling and deal structuring
- Executing documents and wires
- Deal analysis: writing memos and overviews of markets and companies
- Outbound research and relationship building with investors
