Apex.AI is seeking a driven and creative Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be focused on finding and attracting world-class talent in the Bay Area. You are dialed in and stay updated on industry changes so you can attract the best of the best. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about more than just filling roles: you truly embed yourself in an organization’s culture and products to find the perfect match.

This is a hybrid role located in our Palo Alto office. Current work authorization is required. 

What You'll Do

    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and leadership-level engineering roles, as well as occasionally flexing to support hiring for business leadership
    • Create talent pipelines and establish passive candidate engagement strategies 
    • Partner with Executive leadership to understand the needs of the business to identify the ideal candidate
    • Frequently research industry trends and changes; propose changes to the recruitment process or strategies to remain competitive
    • Leverage non-traditional sourcing strategies to find the hidden gems
    • Work with managers to craft compelling job descriptions
    • Represent Apex.AI at events and be the friendly face of Apex.AI for candidates who come onsite to headquarters

You Have

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of 3 years experience as an in-house Sourcer or Recruiter
    • Demonstrated success identifying and attracting top engineering or executive talent 
    • Previous experience at a startup or in the automotive software industry 
    • A clear, concise, professional communication style
    • A positive, can-do attitude
    • Previous experience with Lever is a plus
