Apollo Agriculture is the commercial farming platform for small-scale farmers that helps farmers maximize their profits. Apollo uses agronomic machine learning, remote sensing, and mobile phones to deliver financing, high-quality farm products, and optimized advice that can more than double farm profitability, starting in Kenya. Our team brings together technology and operations experience from The Climate Corporation (acquired for USD ~$1 Billion), ACRE, Google, and One Acre Fund. Quantitative analysis: You’d love to apply your hard-won quantitative tool kit to help operational experts make smarter, faster insights.
Debt fundraising/capital markets: You have tons of experience raising and structuring working capital investments for a fintech, NBFI, or as an investor, and want to help Apollo grow our reach to farmers by sourcing, structuring, and closing new debt investments.
Rural marketing/customer insights: You are passionate about making agriculture work better for farmers. You want to partner with farmers to understand what they need, in their own words, and bring that voice to the forefront of Apollo’s brand and messaging.
Content development: You want to listen to every message, read every piece of collateral, and review every call log to understand exactly how we communicate to customers and make improvements that touch the entire customer experience.
Financial technology: You’ve worked for a financial technology company and have tons of ideas about how to help customers with relatively limited tech literacy succeed with a low-touch financial product.
