You will report to the Chief People Officer and be a vital member of the People Leadership team, for our fully global distributed workforce.

What will this role deliver?
- Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, support, and resources to empower team members to excel in their roles and contribute to overall departmental success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align People operations initiatives with organizational objectives and priorities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to leaders on matters related to compensation, benefits, and People operations.
- Occasionally step in as interim team leader when the Chief People Officer is unavailable.
- Systems & Technology
- Develop and implement a comprehensive people technology strategy that aligns with the organization's talent and business goals.
- Coordinate our teams to deliver scaled programs and projects and innovate quickly with a smooth, simple, end-to-end user experience.
- Sponsor the development and implementation of a comprehensive people systems infrastructure and roadmap, becoming the central owner across various enterprise and productivity tools across the People team.
- Operations
- Evaluate and optimize People processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor People metrics and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to optimize the delivery of compensation and benefits services and control costs.
- Lead immigration and visa strategy, supporting international assignments and global talent acquisition.
- Stay up to date with local, national, and international laws, regulations, and best practices related to people management, compensation, and benefits to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Data Analysis
- Build the toolsets to extract meaningful data from all facets of People team work.
- Utilize data from multiple sources to deeply analyze programs, processes, and people metrics.
- Present findings in simple-to-understand, meaningful ways, along with recommendations gleaned from the results
Preferred Qualifications & Leadership Capabilities
- 7+ years of progressive experience in people operations, systems, people analytics, and people team technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, owning the POps strategy.
- Previous experience as Head of People Operations at a global company of similar size and structure.
- A solid operational background with the ability to leverage technology in building an efficient user experience.
- Demonstrated experience in taking things from "scrappy" to "scaled" in a resource-constrained and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in people analytics and the ability to digest data and pull out insights, but also understand where the data comes from and how to optimize systems to support its digestion.
- Strong people analytical skill set with an ability to create metrics and dashboards to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and adept at creating compelling narratives to communicate value and drive growth plans. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Compensation and benefits experience a plus.
- Experience with public company readiness is a plus.
Nice to have:
$182,750 - $215,000 a year

In addition to the U.S. base salary range, we also provide equity and benefits. Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. It will require some travel.
