Responsibilities

    • Design, plan, and execute cross-channel marketing operations that bridge product marketing, brand marketing, and performance marketing.
    • Create world-class creative marketing campaigns that stand out, especially in challenging times like these, even in Istanbul.
    • Collaborate with our Marketing Team, internal teams, brands, external partners, and agencies to design, plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Lead the day-to-day of brand campaign development, ensuring a link between the brand strategy, the creative idea and the final executions. Actively guide the development of the campaign creative execution and ensure that all campaign elements maximally contribute to achieving KPIs.
    • Analyze Audience and Data Insights to turn consumer research into actionable insights, develop plans for how we will measure our marketing and analyze results for campaign optimization.
    • Contribute to strategic conversations around brand and business strategy, creative concepts and marketing strategy and execution.
    • Articulate and write strategies, briefs, memos, or any necessary documentation to effectively communicate our marketing approach and vision.
    • Support the communication strategy and help ensure that marketing and communication goals are aligned.

Requirements

    • Experience and knowledge of consumer marketing, preferably in the media and entertainment industry, with the ability to develop and smoothly execute strategies.
    • Comprehensive understanding of product marketing.
    • Proficiency in basic performance marketing operations and related analytical analysis.
    • Strong copywriting skills.
    • Basic design skills, preferably experience with Figma.
    • Extraordinary storytelling abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate with creatives to leave a lasting impression on our audience.
    • A professional demeanor that promotes respect, credibility, and trust throughout the organization.
