    • Allocate projects in line with Aposto's publication strategy and brand collaborations.
    • Facilitate ideation sessions with editorial and production teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Actively communicate with brands to understand their objectives and values.
    • Pitch creative ideas that resonate with both Aposto's vision and the collaborating brand's identity.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and innovative content for projects.
    • Take an active role in after-sales project management to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align project deliverables with client expectations.
    • Edit and refine content to meet high-quality standards, aligning with both Aposto's editorial guidelines and the collaborating brand's messaging.
    • Maintain open and clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Support communication strategy, ensuring it aligns with marketing communication goals.
    • Prepare and manage budgets for creative projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
    • Work effectively with creative individuals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience in project writing, content editing, and project management.
    • Ability to collaborate with creative teams and align projects with brand strategies.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
    • Proficient in budget preparation and resource allocation.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from ideation to successful completion.
    • Understanding of Aposto's publication strategy and the ability to integrate it into brand collaborations.
