Shopboxo App is our new product that helps entrepreneurs, brands and SMEs to create online stores within minutes and start selling their goods and services online directly to consumers. Shopboxo provides all essential tools for businesses to run their businesses online, such as product catalog, advanced design functionality, order management, payment and shipping integration.

About the role

We are looking for a determined Recruiter to join our team to identify and hire the best talents for Appboxo in the Philippines.

What you will do

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
    • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
    • Negotiate offers and onboard new hires
    • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
    • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
    • Oversee hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
    • Explain HR company policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance
    • Provide management with reports of hiring pipeline


    • 3-4 + years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) preferably in tech companies
    • Strong knowledge of the local job market and experience sourcing and recruiting in the Philippines
    • Proven experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant tracking systems or other related platforms (Lever, Linkedin, Indeed, Jobstreet, etc)
    • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Google suite tools, Excel, Powerpoint, Slack
