About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in Cavite to lead and coordinate cross-functional programs across internal IT services, business applications, and operational functions such as HR and Finance. This role will play a central part in delivering technology-driven solutions that support internal users and improve enterprise workflows.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, outcome-oriented, and experienced in delivering cross-functional initiatives that span technology, business operations, and IT support services. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that projects are well-scoped, aligned with business needs, and delivered with predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs that bridge business technology and internal operations, driving projects that align seamlessly with functional priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with teams across HR, Finance, IT Service Desk, and Business Solutions to coordinate and accelerate the delivery of application enhancements, system integrations, and improved service experiences.
- Transform stakeholder goals into clear, actionable technical and operational initiatives—complete with defined outcomes, milestones, and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee project execution by proactively managing issues and dependencies, while keeping leadership informed with timely, transparent updates.
- Develop and refine processes for initiative intake, prioritization, and progress tracking to optimize delivery efficiency and impact.
- Champion change management efforts, effective communication, and thorough documentation to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of proven experience leading programs or projects within IT, internal systems, or business operations, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Solid understanding of business process workflows, particularly in HR, Finance, or general administrative functions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment, especially at the intersection of business and technical functions.
- Expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, and clear, effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of IT service delivery concepts, including ticketing systems, service-level agreements (SLAs), and end-user support operations.
- Strong ability to bring clarity, structure, and accountability in fast-paced, globally distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience delivering programs involving enterprise SaaS tools across HR, Finance, or IT service domains.
- Familiarity with process automation, IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, and initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
