About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact initiatives across IT Operations and Business Solutions at Appen. Based in Cavite, this individual will drive program delivery for enterprise systems, business process automation, and IT service excellence. This TPM will work in close partnership with technical leads across Service Desk, IT Systems Engineering, and Platform Support, as well as with Finance, HR, and Legal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in program delivery across internal IT environments, understands enterprise systems and tooling workflows, and thrives in environments where structured, scalable operations are critical. This role will also help coordinate programs supporting security, compliance, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Program Delivery & Coordination
- Manage program delivery across IT operations, service desk, platform support, and systems engineering.
- Coordinate initiatives involving enterprise systems such as M365, HRIS, ERP, IAM, endpoint management, and SaaS platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver on cross-functional priorities across Finance, HR, and Legal systems.
- Process, Tools & Governance
- Lead the adoption of ITSM and collaboration tools, including Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others as needed.
- Optimize IT processes around service request workflows, change management, documentation, and business continuity.
- Support structured reporting and communication cadences that improve visibility and accountability.
- Security, Compliance & Risk Support
- Partner with Security and IT leaders to support audit-readiness, device policy enforcement, and access control initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery of compliance tasks related to frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
- Track progress on technical control implementation across enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Vendor & Financial Alignment
- Support procurement, renewals, and license management for core SaaS and infrastructure tools.
- Monitor tool usage, vendor performance, and operational alignment across internal platforms.
- Provide input into IT budget planning and prioritization of tooling investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, IT delivery, or enterprise systems coordination.
- Proven track record leading programs across IT service management, enterprise tooling, or business systems operations.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration and service platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and SaaS management tooling.
- Ability to facilitate cross-team alignment, manage competing priorities, and translate strategy into structured execution.
- Experience working in global environments and navigating technical and operational complexity.
Nice to Have
- Background in IT compliance, internal controls, or systems risk assessments.
- Familiarity with platforms like M365, HRIS, ERP, IAM, endpoint protection, and automation tools.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar program/IT service credentials.
