We are seeking a Manager Director Client Account Management to lead strategic initiatives for our client accounts in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence (AI). This role requires a forward-thinking leader with deep expertise in AI technologies, client management, financial management, and contract management. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to implement AI-driven solutions, manage relationship investments, and oversee contractual and financial processes, all while providing innovative thought leadership in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Innovation & Thought Leadership (AI Focus):Bring innovation and thought leadership to the client and to operational leaders, leveraging internal experts from internal and external
*Relationship Investment Management:Advise clients on AI-related vendor investments, track and analyze investment performance, and provide insights into emerging AI technologies that can drive growth and improve client outcomes. Ensure investments align with client objectives and AI trends..
* Contract Management: Serve as the primary client-facing lead for AI-related contract extensions, renewals, and change management. Lead pricing discussions, and manage the overall contracting process related to AI solutions, ensuring alignment with both client needs and technological advancements.
* Invoicing & Change Management: Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for AI projects. Manage change requests and ensure all changes are documented and reflected in billing adjustments..
* Purchase Orders (PO) Management: Lead the administration of AI-related purchase orders, ensuring processes are followed and that all client-facing interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Billing Oversight Monitor client spending on AI solutions against budget caps, providing reports and insights to clients to ensure alignment with their budgetary goals. Address discrepancies and ensure that AI-related projects remain within budget.
* Cost Management & Governance: Oversee cost management activities for AI projects, providing recommendations for cost optimization and implementing best practices for cost control in AI initiatives. Ensure governance standards are maintained across AI-related financial activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the AI space, including knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, training of AI systems, data analytics, and emerging AI trends.
* Extensive experience in client-facing roles with a focus on contract management, invoicing, and financial oversight, particularly in AI or technology sectors.
* Expertise in <u>investment management and strategic advice in the context of AI-driven solutions.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor spending, track investments, and provide insights into AI-related financial activities.
* Exceptional project management skills with experience in AI-related projects, managing complex processes, and leading cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams in the AI space effectively.
