We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance architectures that meet the evolving needs of our business. This role requires a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructures, and software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reliable architectures that align with business goals and technological advancements.
- Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development, code quality, and architectural integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact and value to the business.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring high availability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in software development, with at least 1+ years in an architectural role within a large-scale tech environment.
- Broad Technical Exposure: Extensive experience across multiple roles in tech, including software development, IT consulting, QA, software development in test (SDET), DevOps, and platform engineering.
- Career Progression: Proven track record of advancing from junior to lead positions, demonstrating growth and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong fundamental of Software Engineering.
- Breadth of knowledge in modern software landscape.
- Experience with modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Spring).
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Comfortable and effective in leading communication with a wide range of functions, including peers, product teams, business units, customers, marketing, sales, VPs, and other key stakeholders.
- Visionary Mindset: Possesses a clear vision for creating and implementing strategies that drive company growth and improvement.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Demonstrates persistence and the ability to remain composed and effective under significant stress and pressure.

- Cloud System Design: Experience in designing scalable cloud systems.

- Testing Proficiency: Familiarity with a wide range of testing concepts, including automation, frameworks, and best practices.
- Big Tech Experience: Previous experience in large tech companies or similar environments.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Exposure to managing multiple projects, from conceptualization to delivery.
- Current Knowledge: Actively keeping up to date with the latest developments in software development, particularly within the last 3 years.
