We are looking for a Facilities Administrative Technical Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring efficient facility operations, workplace safety, and compliance with government regulations. Provides support in maintenance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams, landlords, and regulatory agencies, with flexibility to handle diverse administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with inspections, audits, and government reporting.
    • Oversee facility operations including maintenance, budget monitoring, supplies, and site modifications.
    • Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders through regular meetings and reports.
    • Implement workplace safety programs, investigate incidents, and support employee onboarding/offboarding.
    • Perform flexible and ad-hoc tasks to support daily operations and business continuity.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (licensed, Board passer).
    • Open to newly graduated, licensed, board passer engineers with strong willingness to learn.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
    • Knowledge in facilities operations and government compliance is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
