We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team in Hyderabad. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of core HR operations and providing exceptional first-level support to employees and leaders. You will also play an important administrative and systems support role for our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Generalist support:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, changes to employment, and documentation.
- Generate offer letters, contracts, and other employee-related documentation in line with templates and policy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Serve as the first point of contact for local HR related queries from employees and managers, providing accurate and timely information or directing to appropriate contacts.
- Support the resolution of general policy or process-related queries
- Provide support and coaching to leaders on employee performance management and disciplinary matters
- Support local employee engagement, CSR initiatives (eg. Social events, focus groups etc)
- Proactively engage with leaders and employees to gain insights and feedback to support improvements to employee engagement, and other people initiatives
- Be an active contributor within the HR global community and support or lead on Global HR projects
- Learning & Development Support:
- Provide administrative and systems support to the Head of Learning & Development, including -
- Scheduling training sessions and coordinating logistics and communications for learning programs.
- Managing learning data in relevant platforms or LMS
- Monitor and report on learning metrics (attendance, completion, feedback etc.)
- Responding and solving LMS user queries
Qualification and Experience
- Approximately 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or an HR support role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Understanding of Indian statutory employment and benefit requirements
- Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive approach, with a passion for leveraging automation and technology to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience
