Help Improve an AI-Powered Customer Service Bot!
Join an exciting long-term opportunity in the e-commerce space! This project focuses on enhancing the performance of an intelligent FAQ Bot customer service solution. You’ll help identify system issues, propose improvements, and evaluate responses from a full-cycle perspective — making the bot smarter and more useful for customers.
What you’ll do
▷ Annotate and evaluate e-commerce-related text data
▷ Identify issues across the system and contribute to solution analysis
▷ Help improve the accuracy and effectiveness of an AI-powered customer service bot
What you’ll get

What you’ll need
▷ Native Vietnamese speaker
▷ Currently living in one of these regions: European countries, United Kingdom, Brazil, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, or Malaysia
▷ Experience in e-commerce and/or customer service is preferred
▷ QA/Quality Analyst background is a plus but not required
▷ English proficiency at least B2 level
▷ Access to a laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or later, macOS, or Linux)

▷ Duration: August 2025 – January 2026 (6-month engagement)
▷ Expected workload: 4–8 hours per day (flexible)
