What’s the opportunity?

As Head of Demand Generation at AppHub, you will spearhead the evolution of our product-led program, driving product awareness and generating high-quality leads through the strategic orchestration and execution of dynamic, multichannel demand generation campaigns. In this pivotal role within our fast-paced, results-driven environment, you'll have a remarkable opportunity to shape a key business area and make a substantial impact. Success in this position requires a passionate and proactive leader with a collaborative spirit, strategic acumen, and exceptional initiative. We're looking for someone with a rich background in marketing, analytics, and customer experience, who can independently drive impactful results and maintain accountability at both strategic and operational levels.

What you’ll do:

    • You will strategically orchestrate and execute multi channel demand generation campaigns, delivering a demand generation roadmap and providing key milestone updates.
    • Deeply understand the market, product, and buyer journey and design, produce and manage high quality, value led content that is innovative, appropriate for AppHub’s core products and addresses the needs and interests of AppHub’s products target audience.
    • Collaborate with our leadership team, including Product, Sales, and Partnership departments, to develop and implement strategies that capture and nurture leads while driving revenue growth.
    • Develop and launch integrated campaigns leveraging content across all channels-email, web, ads, partnerships.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing  team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
    • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators for SEO, paid channels, and go-to-market campaigns, focusing on metrics like leads, MQLs, conversionsUtilising data and analytics to  analyse campaign  performance, drawing insights to refine strategies and optimise future efforts and continued optimisation.
    • Monitoring industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniquesConducting market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Channel optimisation and management of budget across all campaigns.

What you’ll need:

    • 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or related fields, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • Proficient in digital campaigning, including ads and website optimization.
    • Experience with eCommerce or working with Shopify merchants is highly advantageous.
    • Strong analytical abilities, with a solid background in analysing data and making data-driven decisions.
    • Utilises a data-driven approach to evaluate the performance of paid and organic channels, aiming for optimal ROI.
    • Knowledgeable in sales techniques and strategies specific to eCommerce and SaaS sectors.
    • Skilled in simplifying product messaging and articulating the value they deliver.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams.
    • Familiar with the dynamics of startup or growth-stage company environments.
    • Team-oriented with a player-coach mentality.
    • Proficient in using modern technological tools.
