What’s the opportunity?
Are you ready to jump-start your career with a dynamic and innovative company? In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with top-notch professionals to deliver exceptional support to our customers. When AppHub’s customers have questions they will contact you in Customer Support. As Support Executive you will help people quickly and as expertly as possible. This is an entry level role but still requires a logical brain and the ability to think on your feet using your thorough knowledge of the products.  Based in our Irvine, CA office (Mon-Thurs, Friday remote).

What you’ll do:

    • Responding to inquiries via live chat and calls
    • Owning your customer’s enquiry from initial live chat to diagnosing the customer’s problem and updating the customer throughout. 
    • Escalating complex issues to senior members and developers by logging support tickets.
    • Creating accurate instant set-ups via live chat, sharing product tours and help articles. 
    • Enhancing our support centre by creating Help Articles and adding new documentations to the internal support bots and quick replies.
