User Education and Enablement Lead

We are looking for a multi-talented lead to drive usage and adoption of Applied Development Platform across Applied’s global base of customers. This position will be responsible for strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of training and educational programs. Additionally, this position will inform the product roadmap by interacting with users and identifying product feature gaps. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Design. This is a uniquely strategic and operational role with a mix of both internal and external responsibilities. 

At Applied, you will:

    • Help Applied’s technical customers (typically engineers) with quickly ramping up and getting the most value from our products
    • Create a training/user education strategy to drive awareness, adoption, usage, and loyalty of our products
    • Develop user educational content including the world-class online and video tutorials and collaterals for workshops
    • Deliver training curriculum that would inspire customers to use our products, including but not limited to, virtual group training, 1:1 office hours, and in-person workshops (when it’s safe to travel!) 
    • Be a champion of the users and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to introduce new features that would solve their problems
    • Research best practices for driving engagement with B2B enterprise software and implement new programs 

Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
    • 2-4 years of experience in B2B/SaaS sector in marketing, operations, customer success, or product 
    • Experience with B2B/enterprise content strategy, production, delivery, and optimization
    • Significant experience working with technical deployments and translating specs into training guides
    • Strong technical aptitude, creativity, and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build relationships with external users
    • Solid project management skills
    • Comfortable working in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment
    • Passionate about building a deep understanding of the autonomous vehicle ecosystem and other autonomous systems
