About the Role

We are taking Applied Intuition from 150 to 300 this next year, recruiting team from ~10 to ~30. We are seeking our first Technical Recruiter in Munich to build and own our EMEA staffing function. This position will support all people-related facets of our growing business in Europe, and will independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for many roles. We are looking for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top company very early and building it to a successful IPO. This is a really unique opportunity for someone who is at an inflection point in their own career -- can do the hands-on work today but grow into leadership in the future as we build out our EMEA recruiting team.

At Applied, you will:

    • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles, both technical and commercial
    • Become an expert on the autonomous vehicle industry and be our external representative for talent
    • Screen, recruit, and interview candidates
    • Learn Applied's unique culture and help influence this positive culture 
    • Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
    • Program manage projects related to recruiting optimization

We are looking for someone who has:

    • 2+ years of experience recruiting 'top talent' software engineers, ideally at a top software company or reputable agency
    • Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluency in both English and German

Nice to have:

    • Agency and in-house experience 
    • Experience working in the autonomous vehicles industry
    • Experience recruiting for enterprise software companies
    • Startup experience
