Customer Impact Lead

Applied is looking for a talented individual who can support us in measuring and improving the impact of our products at customers. It is an important role which will drive the success of our products across the world.

At Applied, you will:

    • Develop a set of best practices for how our customers should be using our products based on their use cases and development milestones
    • Work closely with our customers across the globe to understand actual usage and potential roadblocks
    • Create business case for customer impact delivered by our product along with proposal for how this can be further expanded
    • Collaborate with sales to provide guidance on additional products/services, and engineering to fix potential roadblocks for increased usage

We’re looking for someone who has:

    • Technical background with undergraduate in engineering or computer science from a top school
    • MBA from a top business school
    • Exposure to enterprise customers and how they work with vendors
    • Ability to create compelling business cases to justify business impact
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to travel to visit different customers worldwide

Nice to have:

    • Consulting background previously at a reputable company
    • Prior experience in autonomous driving and simulation
    • Previous work at a hyper growth startup
    • Deep understanding of the enterprise software business model
