We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of our rapidly growing organization, and will also work closely with special projects in People Operations and general program management.
At Applied, you will:
- Serve as executive assistant to the co-founders, managing all scheduling, travel, and general administrative tasks
- Serve as the company's office manager and oversee general office tasks (managing food programs, ordering office supplies, mail distribution, event planning, etc)
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
