We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Artist who will play a key role in producing exceptional marketing creatives for our hyper-casual hit games while mentoring the team and driving creative innovation.
What you will do:
- Create high-performing video ads in 2D and 3D for Sunday’s live games, seen by millions globally.
- Participate in ideation sessions to generate innovative concepts and contribute creative direction for video ads.
- Analyze competitor games and current trends using market intelligence tools, transforming insights into exceptional marketing creatives.
- Collaborate closely with Playable Ad Developers, other Marketing Artists, and the Growth Team to optimize creative performance through data analysis.
- Provide support and guidance to team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to maintain high-quality output.
- Contribute actively to brainstorming and decision-making processes, helping foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Continuously track and assess the performance of your created ads to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Who you are:
- A creative professional with 3+ years of experience in marketing video production for mobile/hyper-casual games.
- Proficient in 3D suites (Blender, Maya, etc.) and a master of Photoshop, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- An active player of mobile/hyper-casual games, with a strong understanding of visual trends, creative strategies, and KPIs specific to these games.
- A skilled communicator with the ability to articulate creative concepts and feedback clearly and constructively.
- Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment while staying focused on goals.
- A critical thinker who can analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable creative strategies.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset, who thrives on bringing people together to achieve success.
- Able to present a convincing portfolio of marketing video ads that demonstrates your creativity, skill, and experience.
