Manage accounts, maximize revenue, and drive product ideas. And be the best at it. adjoe’sSupply Growth team helps solve the everyday challenges of app publishers to reach maximumrevenue profitability and promise a highly engaging ad experience. You are always askingyourself “How can we keep optimizing our user funnel?”, “Where can new app placements drivesuccess?,” and “Which technical enhancements will help my clients hit their next revenuemilestone?” With a specialized skill set for both traditional and technical account management,this team has a lasting effect on the enhancement of our product and its relationship topublisher revenue.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Account Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise-level app publishers, with a primary focus on maximizing revenue for partners. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive short- and long-term strategies for account growth, proactively identifying new opportunities, and collaboratively exploring them with your partners.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance. Your insights will drive meaningful, data-informed outcomes and help clients achieve their next revenue milestones.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead high-stakes negotiations for renewed contracts, including high-value, multi-year agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) with leading apps and brands.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams on the publisher side, from technical leads to C-suite executives. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes and growth
- Market Insights: Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics. Leverage this knowledge to continuously refine and enhance adjoe's value propositions to address the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
Who You Are:
- You have over 10+ years of experience in B2B tech account management, with 3+ years dedicated to managing enterprise accounts within key sectors such as loyalty programs, delivery and quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar accounts and consistently exceeding annual targets of $5M+.
- You possess excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to swiftly connect disparate data points to form strategic insights.
- Your communication and presentation skills are outstanding, enabling effective engagement in individual client discussions
- You have a strong sense of ownership and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- You have significant experience collaborating closely with product, legal, and data security teams to ensure the successful implementation of complex technical solutions.
