LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).

Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE:

Apply Digital is seeking a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Operations team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our continued growth. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand our hiring needs, proactively source candidates, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business globally.

Also, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are passionate about providing candidates with the best experience possible. You pride yourself on clear and transparent communication, offering personal interaction, providing constructive feedback and most importantly, building high-performing teams.

What you’ll do:

    • Recruiting:
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates for technical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally

    • Pipeline Building:
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings across all the areas of Apply Digital
    • Regularly update candidate pipelines and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates

    • Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role
    • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and collaborate on strategies to attract top talent

    • Candidate Management:
    • Provide great candidate experience and able to articulate candidates skills and experience to hiring managers
    • Initiate and maintain contact with potential candidates through various channels, ensuring a positive candidate experience
    • Effectively communicate the company's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates

    • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for talent acquisition and recruitment improvements.

    • Stakeholder Management
    • Work as an internal consultant and provide your insights into the market to hiring managers
    • Strong business acumen to help bring broader business and organizational goals into context as it relates to recruitment

What you need:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the technology, professional services or consulting space.
    • Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and related fields.
    • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards. Such as Lever, and Get On Board.
    • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
