What You’ll Do
- Support Our Users: Respond to helpdesk tickets and engage with users across various support channels to ensure a seamless experience.
- Be the Voice of the User: Analyze user feedback, identify common pain points, and share actionable insights with design and product teams.
- Manage Store Reviews: Monitor and respond to reviews on the App Store and Google Play, helping users feel heard and supported.
- Spot & Report Issues: Assist in identifying recurring user problems, support basic debugging processes, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Help design and distribute surveys, generate reports, and support initiatives that boost overall user satisfaction.
What We Look For
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written communication skills in English and can clearly convey empathy, clarity, and solutions. (Language Skills – Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.)
- User-Focused Mindset: You genuinely care about user experience and love helping people find answers.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with mobile apps and use both iOS and Android platforms confidently.
- Organized & Reliable: You’re detail-oriented, take ownership, and follow through on responsibilities without needing constant supervision.
- Fast Learner: You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as English Language and Literature, Translation & Interpreting, or Linguistics is preferred.
The Recruitment Process

5. Team Interview: Meet with the founders to discuss your vision, aspirations, and how we can grow together.
6. CEO Interview: A one-on-one conversation with our CEO to discuss alignment on vision, culture, and long-term goals.
7. Final Decision: We’ll get back to you within a few days with our decision.
