Mobile user acquisition is the key for all games and apps as they become more popular, and this role helps mobile games and apps grow by optimizing their mobile advertising budgets.

The customer success and account management role gives you a front-seat view of the mobile advertising world. Help apps grow around the world, develop your professional career while working with a team of digital Samurais who develop themselves every day.

This role works directly with our app customers to maximize their mobile advertising campaigns using AppSamurai's own platform in collaboration with our product, engineering, and sales teams.

A Customer Success and Account Managers is:

1) A wizard of mobile user acquisition for games and apps
2) A mighty enforcer of ROAS based on different campaign payout types (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPE)
3) A trusted mobile growth expert who is able to provide suggestions with tangible results

They serve as trusted advisors who specialize in user acquisition with a top-level customer focus. This includes understanding the customers' apps and games, mapping out a profitable CPI/LTV target, and helping them reach relevant users through our mainstream and niche ad-network pool.

Your day to day quest involves uncovering insights from existing user acquisition campaigns and optimizing the value they create, onboarding new customers and help to create the right campaigns based on their needs, managing daily relationships with various ad-network partners, and supervising and improving the AI platform for more effective campaign management across all ad-networks around the world.

Your user mobile advertising know-how and performance marketing experience are vital for our customer’s success in addition to AppSamurai's global impact on mobile media and the advertising world.

Everything you do helps people who develop apps and games get a voice and promote their work securely and profitably.

What you will do

    • Help games and apps grow and monetize in a profitable, sustainable, and high volume capacity
    • Manage mobile campaigns on AppSamurai's and our partners' dashboards in accordance with the strategy
    • Work with the customers’ marketing teams to identify business goals, opportunities, and online marketing objectives and assure the highest level of ROAS
    • Supervise and manage mobile user acquisition or branding campaigns on the platform by collaborating closely with customers and ad-network partners around the world
    • Become a trusted advisor to app and game developers to help them grow sustainably and consistently
    • Partner with the product, engineering, data science teams to develop better solutions and lead new integration efforts to reach more partners
    • Support pre-sales efforts for RFI and RFP submissions
    • Provide subject matter expertise to AppSamurai sales teams and customers in terms of best practices and capabilities to ensure balanced revenue strategies.
    • Participate, contribute and help develop internal training courses

Who You Are

    • 1+ years of mobile game user acquisition, DSP, performance marketing or branding campaign management experience
    • Have a solid understanding of how mobile apps and games generate revenue
    • Have proven analytical skills with the ability to create ad-hoc business reports
    • Have engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related degree and you are fluent in English, plus another language is a bonus
    • Previous experience with gaming companies, or in-house experience with game and app developers is a big plus
