Your role
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team. As a tech lead you will work closely with our team of developers, project leaders, and clients to design and implement solutions in R and Shiny development (or comparable full web stack).
You will be responsible for the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring that all solutions meet technical requirements, are delivered on time, and are of high quality
Your responsibilities:
- Team guidance: Providing resources, skills, and supporting to deliver quality code on time. Building strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Client communication: Communicating project requirements, scope, timelines, and budget in a non-technical way.
- Project management: Participating in managing the software development life cycle from a technical perspective. Validating requirements and drive estimation process.
- Evolving technology: Staying up to date with latest developments and best practices in R and Shiny development.
- Quality assurance: Implementing a robust process of code reviews, testing, and validation.
- Balancing priorities: Managing competing priorities and team dynamics effectively.
What we expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in R and Shiny development (or comparable full web stack)
- Proven experience leading technical design and implementation of solutions in R and Shiny.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- You have a valid passport or ID Card

- 14000 - 22000 PLN + VAT on B2B
- 3300 - 4900 USD + VAT on B2B
