We are a dynamic B2B SaaS company with a mission to simplify finance operations using cutting-edge AI technology. With a team of 250 talented individuals and operating in a startup-like mode, we specialize in streamlining expense reporting and invoice processing for our clients.

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing B2B software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI-based products and a deep understanding of the B2B2C market dynamics. While domain knowledge is not mandatory, it would be advantageous for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

    • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product implementation & customer success teams to drive product success.
    • Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
    • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the B2B2C market landscape and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
    • Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
    • Navigate through ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights to drive growth and user engagement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling UI-based products in a B2B environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Agile mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
