Our Senior Behavior AI Engineers play a key role in making the vehicle of the future a reality by developing technologies that deliver a turnkey, fully autonomous driving system for our customers and enable Mobility on Demand (MoD). As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for exceptional behavior AI engineering talent to apply real-time applications (RTAs) to our products.
Do you enjoy working with vehicle planning algorithms? Do you have experience with Linux systems on embedded platforms? If the answers are yes, we’re looking for you.

How You’ll Make a Difference

    • Tackle the challenge of autonomous driving through software stacks that interface with all components of the autonomous driving vehicles
    • Collaborate with the team of Automated Driving algorithm experts in planning, perception, localization, and control
    • Build new concepts and groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of mobility
    • Develop algorithms including: Automatic Lane Change, Highway Merging, Cross Traffic Handling, Intersection Handling, Automatic Parking, etc.
    • Analyze data to assess and correct performance deficiencies
    • Optimization for real-time implementation
    • Performance assessment and reporting

What You’ll Bring

    • A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or equivalent.
    • Strong C/C++ programming skills
    • Experience developing planning algorithms
    • 2+ years of AI experience
    • Experience developing planning algorithms
    • Strong work ethic focused on quality software development required
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Software testing and debugging experience
