Our Challenge

At Aquicore, our people are our most important resource. We’re looking for the tip of the spear - a highly skilled recruiter who will drive top talent to Aquicore. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, preferably for a tech startup. Knowledge of finding talent, screening, interviewing, and general hiring practices. If you have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Aquicore leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
    • Lead the recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
    • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
    • Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and major hiring announcements
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and initial phone calls with candidates
    • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
    • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, and other candidate relationships
    • Perform reference checks as needed
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulation

Minimum Requirements

    • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems
    • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
    • Experience developing recruiting strategy
    • Willingness to work nonstandard hours, at the need of the potential candidates
