Arbital Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and actuarial leader that centralizes, measures, and adjudicates value-based care contracts at scale. We believe that the biggest problem facing value-based care is the inability for parties to accurately measure and forecast contract performance. We were co-founded by Brian Overstreet and Travis May (founder & former CEO of LiveRamp and Datavant, the two biggest data companies of the last 20 years), and are backed by Transformation Capital, Valtrius and other leading investors. In our first 2 years, Arbital Health has established itself as a trusted partner for over 40 payers, providers, and other stakeholders looking to navigate the complexities of risk-based contracting.

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and self-motivated sales executive with repeated success in driving revenue growth. As one of our early go-to-market team members, you will play an essential role in identifying, winning, & expanding customers for Arbital Health. We are looking for those with a strong background in healthcare, with an emphasis on selling services and technology solutions to providers and payers.
Kew Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate relationships with payers and risk-basedhealthcare providers
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities that allows you to beat your quota consistently
- Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closing
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing insight into how Arbital Health helps them optimize their value-based care agreements
- Work collaboratively with product, marketing, and actuary teams. You will establish yourself as a key expert voice in our market
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of selling enterprise technology soliutions experience
- Startup experience - you understand the pace and expectations of building a new business
- Experience with payer and provider buying cycles
- Preferred experience with value-based care contracts/arrangements
- Comfortable operating with autonomy amidst ambiguity, and open to manage-up to leaders and seek coaching and mentorship rather than daily management
- You are strategic, driven, and very entrepreneurial
- You are a strong communicator and a quick learner, and can articulate complex data-based concepts clearly
- You are organized and understand the importance of maintaining accurate data and value an analytical approach to your work
- You have a track record of exceeding sales goals
$200,000 - $300,000 a year
The estimated range for total on-target earnings (including base salary and on-target incentive pay) for this role is $200,000 - $300,000.
