Arbital Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and actuarial leader that centralizes, measures, and adjudicates value-based care contracts at scale. We believe that the biggest problem facing value-based care is the inability for parties to accurately measure and forecast contract performance. We are building a generational company that is positioned to solve this. Through our unique depth of technology and actuarial insight, Arbital Health enables payers and providers to design, measure, and execute value-based agreements with greater transparency, efficiency, and financial predictability.
We were co-founded by Brian Overstreet and Travis May (founder & former CEO of LiveRamp and Datavant, the two biggest data companies of the last 20 years), and are backed by Transformation Capital and other leading investors. In our first 18 months, Arbital Health has established itself as a trusted partner for over 40 payers, providers, and other stakeholders looking to navigate the complexities of risk-based contracting.
We hire individuals who are smart, nice, and get things done. We invest in hiring high potential and humble individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can rapidly grow their responsibilities as we continue to accelerate our growth.
Arbital Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to accelerate our market presence and drive platform adoption. In this role you will define and execute our marketing strategy, with responsibility across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer engagement. This is a pivotal role at a defining moment in Arbital’s evolution — with the opportunity to establish a scalable growth engine and position the company as the critical infrastructure enabling payers and providers to successfully manage risk-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth & demand generation: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, etc) that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate conversion, and expand Arbital’s reach with payers and providers.
- Sales enablement: Build and maintain sales tools, case studies, pitch decks, and playbooks that arm Sales with compelling, easy-to-use assets tailored to buyer needs.
- Events & industry presence: Plan and execute Arbital’s presence at key conferences, roundtables, and webinars; ensure strong pre- and post-event engagement to drive leads and strengthen brand visibility.
- Customer engagement: Develop programs and content that deepen relationships with existing customers, highlight success stories, and support account expansion.
- Product marketing: Partner with Product on launches and roadmap communication; translate capabilities into market-ready narratives and ensure customers/prospects understand Arbital’s differentiated value.
- Content & thought leadership: Drive the creation of blogs, white papers, and executive perspectives that position Arbital as the neutral authority in value-based care contracting.
- Brand building: Maintain a consistent, professional brand identity across channels (web, social, collateral) that helps establish Arbital’s leadership in the market.
- Performance tracking: Define KPIs for marketing activities, manage reporting, and optimize campaigns for measurable impact and ROI.
- Execution & scalability: Balance hands-on execution with strategic planning, creating repeatable processes and systems that enable marketing to scale effectively as Arbital grows.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Leadership: Proven success in building and scaling programs that drive measurable growth, adoption, and engagement. Experience mentoring and growing a world-class marketing team.
- Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex healthcare and actuarial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Sales Collaboration: Experience partnering with Sales to design demand generation strategies, build enablement tools, and expand pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
- Analytical Skills: You are a data driven decision maker with the ability to define KPIs, measure performance, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Startup Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
- Hands-On Contribution: Willingness to not only set strategy, but also roll up your sleeves and directly contribute across all aspects of marketing execution.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with payer, provider, and/or value-based care ecosystems strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
