The Arbitrum Foundation is an organisation based in the Cayman Islands that is tasked with developing and nurturing the Arbitrum ecosystem. This includes Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup, that instantly scales apps, reducing costs and increasing capacity, without sacrificing Ethereum's security and Arbitrum Nova, which allows for ultra-low cost fees by leveraging AnyTrust technology making it ideal for Social and Gaming applications.

Arbitrum today is the leading Ethereum scaling solution with dominant market share including hundreds of apps on the platform and over 50% of all rollup liquidity. 

Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage relationships with technical service providers involved in building Arbitrum, including core and application teams.
    • Maintain an internal database to track all technical activities undertaken by the Foundation.
    • Project manage special initiatives to ensure timely execution and delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth flow of information regarding planned technical activities.
    • Collaborate closely with technical and DAO teams on various projects to drive innovation and progress.

Desired Background

    • Technical experience is a plus but not required; we value a willingness to learn and contribute.
    • Deep understanding of Arbitrum or eagerness to immerse oneself in learning about the platform.
    • Willingness to dive into tasks hands-on and tackle challenges head-on.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
